CLASS IS FULL This is an outstanding class for the intermediate to the advanced shooter. All students must be prepaid to attend, and we do not take more than 20 students per class.  All students must be 18 years of age or older, unless you get pre-approval. If you have a responsible child that you would like to shoot next to you, give us a call, prior to registration for approval.

Based on what other firearms training companies are charging for a similar class, the value of this class is about $1,300. Your cost is only $290 for the 2 days. There are NO membership fees or background check fees. We do not operate off of the shooter/coach model, all students are shooters. This class is approximately a 6-7-hour day, day 2 is a little longer. You’ll shoot about 300-400 rounds for the 2 days. We operate with one range master plus 4–5-line instructors.

All students must bring your government issued photo ID, IE: Driver’s License.

Upon completion of this course, you will have a fundamental understanding of your rifle platform and how to use it. Among the many skills you should acquire will be the ability to safely and easily present your weapon to the center of the target and fire a controlled pair 10 yards away in under 3 seconds!

Drills include but not limited to: Loading and Unloading; Grip, Stance, Sight Picture, Sight Alignment, Trigger Control and Trigger Reset; Presentation from the low ready, high ready and field ready positions. Target Engagement from 7 – 100 yards under Time Pressure; Malfunction Clearing; Emergency and Tactical Reloading.

Firearm, Equipment and Ammo Requirements:

(single or double point is acceptable) All rifles must have more than a 3.4lb trigger press; and we will check them at the beginning of class. Binary triggers are not allowed.

If you have a red dot optic or similar, bore sight it before class. You will be sighting in your rifle at class. Do not just mount your optic and show up without bore sighting it.

You will need a minimum of two magazine pouches worn on the belt on the side opposite your shooting hand and 3  30 round magazines or equivalent for your rifle.

Electronic hearing protection is mandatory. You need to be able to hear the Range Master and Instructors with your hearing protection on.
